Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms for balloon collection orders.

Booking & Payment

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

• Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

• The remaining 80% balance must be paid before collection.

• Orders will not be released until full payment is completed.

Deposit Policy

• The 20% deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation, postponement, or failure to collect.

• Deposits cover materials, preparation time, and holding your collection slot.

Collection Details

• Balloons must be collected on the agreed date and time.

• Late collections may not be accommodated.

• Please ensure your vehicle has enough space to safely transport the balloons.

Responsibility After Collection

• Once balloons leave our premises, all responsibility transfers to the customer.

• We are not responsible for popping, deflation, damage, or loss after collection.

• Balloons are sensitive to heat, weather, sharp objects, and handling—please transport with care.

Changes & Cancellations

• Any changes to your order are subject to availability.

• Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.
